i finally got my computer back. for now. it still needs to go in and be completely fixed. but i’m so greatful to have it!

shit has been so crazy lately. not digging junior year. at all. i feel like i never have time to breathe. but then again, i don’t think i’ve ever been dedicated to school so much in my life.

i wish i had tumbularity….hahahahaha. anyways~

this is pointless. but whatever.

i've come to the conclusion,

i will never be as cool as my brother. or as witty as my dad. or as pretty as half my cousins. i’ll never be as loaded as my neighbors, as fun as my friends, as good hearted as my grandma. i’ll never have the focus to get all A’s in school. i’ll never have the drive to get a scholarship to college. i’ll never be as dramatic as my classmates or as uptight as my teachers. i’ll never be as friendly as my acquaintances or as cruel as my enemies. i’ll never be smart enough to be a doctor or the patience to be a teacher. i’ll never be dumb enough to be a bum or loving enough to be a mother. i’ll never have the will to become an astronaut or the power to be a president.

but i’m brittany tuft. i’m too sarcastic for my own good. i spend my time constantly contradicting myself and thinking of ways to top people. here i am. it doesn’t get much better then this.

\rant

a while back i met a group of people at the concert scene, if you will. i figured we were good enough friends and we often were able to share things we were being troubled with. we talked…a lot. and kept in touch and met up to hang out and all that great stuff.

it seems to me now, they’ve had a change of hearts. they seem a little colder. they treat me less like a friend and more like someone they barely know. why? i’m not sure. all i know is that it bothers me. and to be honest, i stopped caring /rant

if one more uneducated person tries to jump into my personal space and try to “school me” or whatever it is you cool kids do, about President Obama, I might lose my god forsaken mind. Unless you can sit across from me and discuss health care, war, same sex marriage, illegal immigrants, or any other pressing issues, refrain from even dropping the president’s name in front of me. you make your self seem stupid and thoughtless. and to be honest, i couldn’t give a fuck less about your opinion. nothin’ fucking personal.
